Their cake topper said it all, Mark & Jamaica are FINALLY Mr. & Mrs.
This past weekend the prettiest-Backstreet-Boy-fangirl & the-easily-prone-to-tears-mama's-boy said "I do" on Friday afternoon.
The air was humid and hot for their April wedding but the laughter and smiles were endless making it easy to forget about the weather. A mostly Beyonce playlist filled the room as Jamaica & her pretty-in-pink bridesmaids got ready for the day & with a quick limo ride the girls arrived at St. Patrick's Catholic church for a beautiful & solemn ceremony.
At the church Mark received his bride with tears of joy in his eyes & the giggles of the flower girl & ring barer could be heard from the last pew as Mark & Jamaica spoke their vows.
The reception was filled with loving speeches from friends and family & lots of cupcake and dancing. It was the kind of wedding that you never wanted to end, as a guest or a vendor. It was a dream I tell you.
Not to mention they blessed me with a full hour (An entire hour guys!) to capture portraits of them & their bridal party. My new friend Vu of NVU Films & I made sure to use every single second of that hour & let me tell you, we had ourselves a good time & I'm so in love with the work we did that day.
Mark & Jamaica, it's not every day clients like you come my way. Thank you for believing in me & my work long before you even got engaged. Thank you for being some of my biggest fans & now one of my sweetest friends. Thank you for loving Tim and me & seating us as guests with some of your family members. We will never forget your kindness. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me the utter joy of capturing the love God has blessed you with. It's a special kind of love & I'm grateful to know you both through this process.
Have fun in Hawaii you honeymooners & Mark, no more drowning ok!
Lastly, Vu of NVU Films posted a teaser film of their wedding & it's too beautiful not to share.
I may have watched this 50 times already & I may have cried the first few times through.
