Jones Point Park, Alexandria Maternity Portraits: Ben & Emily

With winter now turning into spring, we know that each season of life we are given won't last forever. Pregnancy is a season that only lasts for a short time (in the scheme of things) & it should be celebrated & remembered. I'm so glad Emily & Ben gave me a chance to capture this sweet time in their family. Soon they'll have a little boy in their arms & they'll be a family of three. I can only imagine how much fun their little family will have. From what I know of Ben & Emily, their little boy will be surrounded by crafts & endless laughs from his daddy. And maybe their little boy will be cool as a cucumber, taking after his mom's laid back, easy going spirit.

Emily & Ben I'm so grateful weddings have allowed me to cross paths with you both. You both are so incredibly kind & so much fun to be around. Hope to meet your sweet baby boy soon & till then praying for good health for mama & baby!
