Times are weird right now & the spread of the Coronavirus has us all missing the days where life was normal. If you are like me & have been looking through old images to brighten your day to keep from consuming only coronavirus updates, this post is for you.

Let’s all get out those old photos we love so much, we all deserve more joy. Looking back on “the good ole days” will help us get excited for the good days to come after the whole world heals. Let’s take out those wedding photos, graduation photos, those long lost family portraits you keep meaning to make prints of. Now is the time!

Here are 10 simply ways we can all enjoy our photos while we are stuck indoors!

  1. Scan your old photos to upload and share online

  2. Scan your photos & have them digitally enhanced/edited

  3. Print your photos

  4. Back up your images on a cloud service & never worry about losing them if your hard drives or computers fail

  5. Create photo books & albums with your cell phone photos

  6. Finally, put your printed photos up on your walls. Now you have the time to make that photo gallery above your fireplace

  7. Swap out the existing prints on your frames already in your home for newer images of your loved ones.

  8. If you have photos printed of loved ones, write a nice letter & send the photo with your letter to brighten up their day. ( Just make sure you have your own copy, have the digital file & can order another print of it online. )

  9. Order photography art prints from your favorite local photographers. Ask your local photographer if they have an online gallery they can purchase art prints from & support these small businesses to make sure their doors stay open.

  10. Print someone else’s favorite photo & mail it to them. I get texted photos from my friends & family members all the time & it’s so easy to take one of the photos that was recently texted to me & order a print of it online to ship to my loved ones as long as I have their mailing address.
