A modern and Industrial Dock 5 Wedding | Washington DC Wedding Fine Art Photography

I’m digging through the archives for weddings I’ve been eager to share here in this space. So keep a lookout for a number of new weddings on the blog this month.

I captured this industrial DC wedding alongside my dear friend, Sarah Shank last spring and I still have dreams about the hanging greenery installment Kory of Springvale Floral designed. Her hanging installment was the perfect statement piece to the head table for Michael & Meghan’s Dock 5 wedding reception. Dock 5 at DC’s Union Market is such a large blank canvas but Rex and Regina events dressed it up so beautifully with Ekster’s event rentals.

Whenever I now listen to any Zach Gill’s music, I think about Michael & Meghan’s romantic wedding day & the morning I spent capturing Michael & his dudes getting ready at The Warf’s Intercontinental Hotel, while Zach Gill played in the hotel room. It was the perfect, modern DC wedding day & I’m so glad Sarah asked me to be her right-hand gal for this day!
