DC Engagement Portraits | U.S. Botanical Garden Portraits: Natalie and Brian
Most of us don’t fall in love & meet our soulmate in high school, but for Natalie, she met hers in her softball coach’s classroom & it happened to be her coach’s son, Brian. Brian and Natalie have been together for the past 10 years and next spring they’ll be tying the knot in Southern Maryland.
It was such a joy to capture their engagement portraits in DC’s Bartholdi Park where you can see the US Capitol building, where Natalie used to work. Natalie’s love for the city runs deep, especially for the Capitol Building, & she was even the first to purchase prints from my DC Fine Art Print Shop. (Thank you again, Natalie!)
Natalie & Brian, thank you for sharing this season in your lives with me. It’s been such a joy getting to know you both before your wedding day arrives. The spring can’t come quickly enough! I hope you know that I often think if you guys at lunchtime during the work week because I think it’s so special that you guys work in the same building & are able to have lunch with each other every single day. - Ica
