FINE ART FILM PHOTOGRAPHY: WASHINGTON, DC | FILM THEORY WORKSHOP PART 2
In a world filled with incredible digital cameras, you might be asking, Why film?
Because as photography trends & wedding trends come and go, I believe that the look of film is timeless & can’t be rivaled. I also believe that the process of shooting film is beautiful & thoughtful. As a photographer, film makes me think more about each shot I take because I have a limited amount of shots I can take so I must patiently waiting for each special moment to unfold in front of my eyes. I also believe there is a place for both digital & film to live harmoniously side by side & I look forward to shooting both throughout this year.
Enjoy part 2 of the Film Theory Workshop. This batch of images contains a one of kind real floral umbrella, the dreamiest outdoor tablescape at DC’s Tudor Place Gardens & a handpainted, & the dreamiest handwritten calligraphy filled stationery set.

( All images were captured on 120 Kodak Portra 400 film on a Mamiya 645 camera. )
